Mount Airy Yoga is located in the heart of the Mount Airy community. The yoga studio is devoted to the study of Ashtanga Yoga. We offer traditional Mysore style Ashtanga Yoga Monday thru Friday morning from 6:00-9:30am, and a led class on Sunday  We also offer Pre-natal and Kids Yoga.

Mysore Yoga: Beginners need to commit to a practice of at least 3 days a week for the morning Mysore class. It is best for beginners to arrive at 7:00 or 8:30 for individual attention. Practice will take about 40 minutes for the first 2 weeks and as you become more familiar with the sequence your practice will build.

Led Primary classes are offered on sundays, some prior knowledge of yoga postures is helpful but beginners and intermediate level are both welcome. All Students are invited to drop in on an informal basis.
